Something scoring wrong, a screenshot read badly, or a feature you wish existed — it all goes to one address, and a person reads it.

A wrong score, a move you could not play, a board read incorrectly, something broken on your phone.

What makes a report easy to act on
The most useful bug reports this site has had were three sentences long. They said what the app showed, what was actually true, and roughly where to look. That is enough.
- If a screenshot was read wrongly, attach it. Nothing else comes close. The reader can be measured against a real image, and the fix can be proven rather than guessed at.
- If a move looked wrong, say what your rack and board actually were. A word can be legal for reasons that are not obvious — it may read through a letter already on the board, or use a blank — so the position matters more than the word.
- Say which game. Crossplay and Words With Friends have different boards, different tile prices and a different bonus, so the same play scores differently in each.
What happens to it
It is read. Small, specific things — a misread letter, a wrong label, a layout that breaks on a particular phone — tend to get fixed quickly, because they can be turned into a test. Larger requests take longer and some do not happen at all, but a reply is more useful than silence either way.
Nothing you send is published, and nothing about your games is collected by the site itself — see privacy for what that means in detail.
